How do I create an account?

Creating an account on DealHub is simple! Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, enter your email address and create a secure password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

How do I list an item for sale?

After logging in, click "Sell" in the navigation menu. Upload clear photos of your item, write a detailed description, select the appropriate category, set your price, and publish your listing. Make sure to follow our listing guidelines for best results.

How do I search for items?

Use the search bar on the homepage to enter keywords related to what you're looking for. You can also browse by categories or filter results by price range, condition, and location.

Buying and Selling

How do I contact a seller?

Click on any listing to view details, then use the "Message Seller" button to send a direct message through our secure messaging system. Always communicate through the platform for your safety and protection.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers. For local transactions, we recommend cash payments during in-person meetings. Always verify items before payment.

How do I arrange pickup or delivery?

Coordinate meeting details through our messaging system. Always meet in safe, public locations like shopping malls or busy parking areas. For valuable items, consider meeting at local police stations with safe exchange zones.

What should I do if something goes wrong?

If you encounter any issues with a transaction or user behavior, report it immediately using our reporting system or contact support at hello@kblink.ph. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Account Management

How do I edit my profile?

Go to your profile page and click "Edit Profile." You can update your bio, location, and other information to help other users know more about you.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, please contact support at hello@kblink.ph. Note that deleting your account will remove all your listings, messages, and profile information permanently.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive instructions to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

Technical Support

The website is running slowly. What can I do?

Try clearing your browser cache, disabling browser extensions, or switching to a different browser. If problems persist, check your internet connection or contact technical support.

I can't upload photos. How do I fix this?

Ensure your photos are in JPEG or PNG format and under 5MB each. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. If issues continue, contact tech support.

I'm not receiving email notifications.

Check your spam/junk folder and add hello@kblink.ph to your contacts. Verify your email address in account settings and check your notification preferences.
